How to Use
- Lather Thickening Cleanser through your roots and massage with the Eufora Scalp Brush for a deep scalp cleanse. Unlike many conditioners, Thickening Conditioner is a treatment designed to be massaged into the scalp. Continue using your Scalp Brush to massage and encourage blood flow to the scalp.
- Apply Scalp Treatment directly to the scalp and massage into scalp both morning and night. Twice a day is key for the best results.
- Take (2) Nutritional Support capsules with your daily first meal.

❗ Delivery Issues
If your package arrives damaged, delayed, or is lost:
- Submit a claim with the shipping carrier (UPS or Canada Post).

📭 Refused or Unclaimed Orders
- Refused deliveries are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Unclaimed packages returned to us after 10 business days will be refunded minus all shipping costs.

If an item in your order is unexpectedly out of stock, we’ll contact you with an updated timeline or refund options.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid Canada Post return label.
💸 Return Shipping Fee
A $9.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund unless the product is defective or the return is due to a shipping error.
⚠️ Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we’ll replace it at no extra cost. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and your order number.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5 business days and applied to your original payment method.
