Welcome to Cabelo – The Art of Hair (“we”, “us”, “our”). We operate this website and online store to provide products, content, and services (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify.

We strive for accuracy but product colours/appearance may vary by device settings. Descriptions, prices, and availability may change without notice. We may discontinue items and limit quantities at our discretion.

Your order is an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs when payment is processed and we send an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, supply limits, or pricing errors. Orders are subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy. You represent purchases are for personal/household use, not for resale.

4. Pricing & Billing

Prices are shown in CAD unless stated otherwise and exclude taxes, shipping, duties, and fees. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method and agree to keep payment details accurate and up to date.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Processing and transit times are estimates only. We are not liable for carrier delays, customs delays, or events beyond our control. Title and risk pass to you when the order is transferred to the carrier.

6. Intellectual Property

All site content (text, images, logos, designs) is owned by Cabelo – The Art of Hair or our licensors and protected by applicable IP laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivatives without prior written consent.
