The Salon

Cabelo – The Art of Hair was established in Orangeville, Ontario, in June 2007 by owners Chris and Betty, who had previously owned and operated Multico Hair Design and Esthetics in Mississauga for eleven years. With a deep passion for the hair industry, they have always been highly involved in advancing their craft.

At Cabelo, we believe in teamwork and a commitment to continuous learning in the ever-evolving world of beauty. Our team strives to deliver exceptional service, setting high standards of excellence for our valued clients. Our goal is always to meet — and exceed — your expectations.

We understand that compatibility, personality, and artistic skill are key factors in choosing the right hairstylist, and we encourage you to feel free to experience the talents of any of our team members.

In December 2024, Cabelo was taken over by new ownership, ensuring the salon’s legacy continues to grow and thrive. Chris and Betty remain an integral part of the team and will continue to provide outstanding service to their loyal clients.

Philosophy

At Cabelo – The Art of Hair our commitment to our guests is a priority. We believe that the ability to create a suitable and customized style for our guests is an art. By mastering the artistic shapes and complex structures of hair design, we strive to reflect our guests’ lifestyles while considering face shapes, bone structure, complexion and individuality. In considering the different textures of hair, our goal is to deliver a functional, fashion forward look that is easy to maintain and recreate at home.
