Return & Refund Policy – Cabelo – The Art of Hair

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return & Exchange Window

  • You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.
  • Please include your order number or proof of purchase.
  • Non-returnable items: gift cards, clearance/final sale items, and opened personal care products for hygiene reasons (unless defective).

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number.
  • We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost when the claim is approved.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • For non-defective returns, a standard return shipping fee of $9.99 CAD may be deducted from the refund.
  • Return shipping is not deducted for approved defective/incorrect items or our fulfillment errors.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
  • Refunds are credited to the original method of payment; your bank/issuer may require additional time to post the credit.

How to Start a Return

  2. We’ll reply with approval details and, if eligible, a prepaid return label and instructions.
