Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Typical carrier transit time is 1–2 business days once shipped (varies by location and carrier).
  • Orders placed on weekends/holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Costs

  • We ship via trusted carriers (e.g., UPS, Canada Post); selection depends on your address.
  • Free shipping on orders over $100 CAD (before tax) across Canada.
  • Shipping costs for other orders are calculated automatically at checkout.
  • Rural, remote, or P.O. Box addresses may be sent via Canada Post for safe delivery.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Delivery Issues, Refused & Unclaimed Orders

  • If your package arrives damaged or delayed, contact us with your order number and any photos.
  • Refused or unclaimed orders returned to us may incur a 15% restocking fee; original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is unavailable after checkout, we’ll contact you promptly with an ETA or offer a refund.
