Delivery Issues

If your package arrives damaged, delayed, or is lost:

📭 Refused or Unclaimed Orders

  • Refused deliveries are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Unclaimed packages returned to us after 10 business days will be refunded minus all shipping costs.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid Canada Post return label.

💸 Return Shipping Fee

A $9.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund unless the product is defective or the return is due to a shipping error.

⚠️ Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we’ll replace it at no extra cost. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and your order number.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5 business days and applied to your original payment method.
