🚚 Delivery Options

We ship orders via UPS Standard or Canada Post, depending on your location. Rural areas and P.O. Boxes will be serviced through Canada Post to ensure smooth delivery.

Typically 1–2 business days once shipped

(Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.)

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and are based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

❗ Delivery Issues

If your package arrives damaged, delayed, or is lost:

Submit a claim with the shipping carrier (UPS or Canada Post).
support@cabelo.ca with your order number and issue details — we’re here to help resolve it.

📭 Refused or Unclaimed Orders

Refused deliveries are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Unclaimed packages returned to us after 10 business days will be refunded minus all shipping costs.

🔄 Out-of-Stock Items

If an item in your order is unexpectedly out of stock, we’ll contact you with an updated timeline or refund options.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.
final sale items, gift cards, and electrical products (e.g. hot tools) are not returnable.

Order Number
Reason for Return

If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid Canada Post return label.

💸 Return Shipping Fee

A $9.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund unless the product is defective or the return is due to a shipping error.

⚠️ Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we’ll replace it at no extra cost. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and your order number.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5 business days and applied to your original payment method.

🔁 Exchanges

We gladly exchange items that are defective or sent in error. Email us and we’ll make it right.
